本機是與350T擠壓機配套使用的自動錫條打碼切斷機械。

This machine is an automatic tin bar coding and cutting machine designed to work with the 350T extruder.

切斷和打碼同時完成，在完成此工作時，整體随動，不影響擠壓機正常工作，氣缸回程。

Cutting and coding are completed simultaneously, and the machine moves as a whole without affecting the normal operation of the extruder and the return stroke of the cylinder.

打碼的字樣按照客戶要求定做，一般爲單邊打碼，需雙邊打碼時需預先定制。字碼方便更換。

The coding content is also customized according to customer requirements, generally for single-side coding. Double-side coding requires prior customization. The coding can be easily replaced.

本機與擠壓機一起共需操作工人一名，八小時的生産能力爲2~4T(按錫條大小決定）。

One operator is required to operate this machine together with the extruder, with a production capacity of 2-4T in eight hours (depending on the size of the tin bars).
